Chris, better known as Coach Frogg, has been in the sports industry for over 15 years and has worked with and trained thousands of athletes from 6 years old to professional level. As a part of your TEAM, Chris will help to grow your network and surround you with the best in their field.

Brittany is a recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of American University, where she earned a BS in entertainment. A people person with a strong work ethic, Brittany partook in several internships, jobs, and executive positions in on-campus organizations throughout her four years.

JUSTIN J. GIANGRANDE
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Justin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Levels Sports Group. Justin draws from over 20 years of in-depth experience in sourcing and negotiating talent marketing and brand partnerships, all through the lens of overall brand development strategy for athletes. During his career Justin has represented over 100 professional athletes (NFL and NBA) in this time. Most recently, he was a partner and Executive Vice President of VaynerSports, where he oversaw all marketing, public relations, and brand partnerships for their athletes globally. Prior to joining VaynerSports, Justin was co-founder and CEO of NCLUSIVE, a marketing and branding firm that focused on building strong brands for top athletes and celebrities, while also driving overall marketing and endorsement revenue. While at NCLUSIVE, Justin built an impressive client roster that included numerous high-profile NFL and NBA players including Mike Conley, Jr., Jalen Ramsey, and Marcellus Wiley. Justin also is Techstars Sports Mentor, as well on the advisory board of Web3/NFT based companies RareMint & Sports Icon.
Partner and Head of Athlete Development
Michael Vick is a former professional American football quarterback who played 13 seasons in the NFL. He played college football at Virginia Tech University, becoming Big East Rookie of the Year, Big East Offensive Player of the Year, Archie Griffin Award Winner, ESPY Award Winner, and was a 1999 Heisman Trophy finalist. Following his collegiate career, he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons as the 1st overall pick in the 2001 NFL Draft. During his six years with the Falcons, he transformed the quarterback position with his rushing abilities and was named to three Pro Bowls. In 2009, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles and played five seasons with them, being named to his 4th Pro Bowl, as well as receiving the Bert Bell Awards and NFL Comeback Player of the Year in 2010. Vick retired from football in 2017 as the league’s all-time quarterback rushing leader with more than 6,100 yards on the ground, 22,000 yards in the air and a career passer rating of 80.5 with 169 career touchdowns. Vick was born in Newport News, Va., as the second of four children. Married to wife Kijafa, Vick is a proud father to four children.
Director of Operations
Brittany has always challenged herself beyond the norm and her college experience was no different. She recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University while simultaneously succeeding in the work world by pursuing her passion for the entertainment industry. A people person with a strong work ethic, Brittany partook in several internships, jobs, and executive positions in on-campus organizations throughout her four years. She pursued every opportunity to immerse herself in the industry by interning at a music venue, a record label, a talent agency, management companies, and digital marketing agencies. Her diverse background included a wide range of experiences from small startups to renowned companies such as Sony Music, Scooter Braun Projects, and William Morris Endeavor. She worked hard to develop a diverse knowledge base on the different capacities within the music business and is excited to apply her skills to the broader entertainment space at Levels Sports Group.
Matt was a Quarterback at the Division 1 level (University of Louisville) while pursuing a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. As a part of the team, Matt helps with brand outreach, communication, and client services. In addition to his work with Levels, Matt works closely with our Co-Founder, Chris Flores assisting with coordinating operations and administration at Stars Sports Training and Rehabilitation Services.
Ali received her degree from the University of Southern California, where she began her career in the sports industry working under Pete Carroll. Aliana is responsible for communication between all members of the team and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be.
Marketing & Branding
Robert Judin is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where he received two B.S. degrees in Journalism and Sport Management. His career has included stints with the Charlotte Hornets, Chicago Sky, University of Notre Dame, Oregon State University, and the University of Miami across departments such as corporate partnerships athletics marketing, graphic design, and athletics operations. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Creative Media for The Draft Network. In his role for Levels, Robert advises on social media content strategy, content creation, marketing, logo design, and branding for Levels' athletes.
Darren Heitner is an attorney and American Arbitration Association arbitrator focusing on sports, entertainment, intellectual property, litigation and transactional work. In 2014, the American Bar Association published Darren's Sports Law-related book titled, "How to Play the Game: What Every Sports Attorney Needs to Know." The Second Edition of that book was published in February 2018. In addition to practicing law, Darren was Contributor to Forbes for over 6 years, wrote for 3 years at Inc. Magazine, taught at Indiana University Bloomington, and Founded Sports Agent Blog. Darren currently writes at Above the Law and SportsPro and teach Sports Law at the UF Levin College of Law. "Darren has an extensive client list of high-profile figures, including Drew Rosenhaus, Draymond Green, Fred VanVleet, Iman Shumpert, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Antonio Brown, Johnny Manziel, Terrell Owens, Xavien Howard, Trai Turner, Frank Gore, D.J. Moore, Jim Tomsula, Luis Castillo, Manny Ramirez, Rafael Furcal, Chris Pronger, Jason Belmonte, Paige VanZant, Rick Pitino and Bill Raftery.

Our team develops content strategies according to individual brand goals and coordinates partnerships between our athletes and production partners to execute on business goals and content plans.
